ORDERED FILLER MADE OF NON-PERFORATED METALLIC CLOTH

The invention relates to an ordered filler made of metallic gauze of phosphorous bronze meant for isotopic separation by water distillation under vacuum, the geometrical shape of the filler imparting an enhanced separation efficiency to distillation processes. According to the invention, the filler has an ordered structure consisting of packets of non-perforated phosphorous bronze cloth lacy strips which are parallel and arranged in vertical position, where the inclination of the lacy part of the gauze strips makes angles of 45° with the vertical plane, being perpendicular to the adjacent strips and the teeth profile is characterized by a tooth height h=4.5 mm, the teeth pitch p=7 mm, the tooth angle being of 45° and the filler packet height being of 100 mm, the filler packets being made by cutting the strips according to the cloth width and being profiled at the dimensions set by means of a special device, followed by the individual cutting of strips at the calculated dimensions, mounting them in a packet and stiffening the packet by binding it with stainless steel wire. Invenţia se referă la o umplutură ordonată confecţionată din ţesătură metalică de bronz fosforos destinată separării izotopice prin distilarea apei sub vid, forma geometrică a umpluturii conferind o eficienţă mărită de separare în procesele de distilare. Umplutura conform invenţiei are o structură ordonată constituită din pachete sub formă de benzi de ţesătură de bronz fosforos neperforate, dantelate, paralele şi dispuse în poziţie verticală, în care înclinarea dantelurii benzilor de plasă formează cu verticala unghiuri de 45°, fiind perpendiculare pe fâşiile învecinate, iar profilul dinţilor este caracterizat de o înălţime a dintelui h= 4,5 mm, pasul dinţilor p = 7 mm, unghiul dintelui de 45° şi înălţimea pachetului de umplutură de 100 mm, pachetele de umplutură fiind realizate prin debitarea fâşiilor pe lăţimea ţesăturii şi profilate la dimensiunile stabilite cu un dispozitiv special, urmate de tăierea individuală a benzilor la dimensiunile calculate, montarea fâşiilor în pachet şi rigidizarea pachetului prin legare cu fir de inox.
