Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to nanocomposite coating layers of YBaCuOwith artificial pinning centers, with mixed structure, and to a process for preparing the same, the applications of these layers including nanocomposite superconducting strips, which can be used in magnetic resonance imaging instruments and low-loss electrical cables for intelligent electrical networks. The claimed nanocomposite layers are formed of a matrix of YBaCuOin which there are nanowire non-superconducting phases with mixed, rectangular and spherical morphology, containing at least one of the following compounds: CuYGeO, BaYO, CuYO, BaCuO, BaGeO. The claimed process consists in the laser ablation of a target consisting of a YBCO disk on which a sector of CuGeOhaving the area of 2% of the YBCO target area has been bonded, or may be a material of YBaCuOdoped with CuGeOin variable concentration, the deposition being made on a single-crystal substrate of SrTiO, or on a single crystal of LaAlOor AlOor MgO, or a metal or ceramic material coated with an intermediate layer of MgO, SrTiO, AlO, LaAlO, CeO; the deposition takes place at a temperature T = 800° C in an oxygen atmosphere with the pressure of 0.26 mbar, followed by cooling to a temperature of 30° K in an oxygen atmosphere of 660 mbar, maintaining it for 1 h at a temperature level T = 550° K. |
