Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a hybrid method for nanoparticle alloy component recovery and/or creation by laser deposition. According to the invention, the method starts with a stage of validation and qualification of the method compatibility with the purpose, a stage of designing the process proceedings to meet the requirements according to the proposed subject, a stage of effective hybrid processing of laser deposition of nanoparticle alloy components which enables the direct alloying in situ, in the deposition area, of the material deposited with nanoparticles prepared by synthesis thereof with the laser used during the deposition process, the stages of process design, a preliminary mechanical processing stage, the laser deposition stage, a stage of final mechanical processing, a stage of thermal laser treatment, the stage of tests and final control for hybrid processing validation and the stage of commercial results. Invenţia se referă la o metodă hibrid de recuperare şi/sau de creare prin depunere cu laser de componente aliate cu nanoparticule. Metoda conform invenţiei începe cu o etapă de validare şi calificare a compatibilităţii metodei cu scopul propus, o etapă de proiectare a procedurilor de proces, pentru realizarea cerinţelor prin tema propusă, o etapă a procesării hibrid efective a depunerii cu laser de componente cu aliere cu nanoparticule, care permite alierea directăîn zona de depunere, a materialului depus cu nanoparticule produse prin sinteza acestora cu laserul utilizat în procesul de depunere, cu fazele de proiectare proces, o etapă de prelucrare mecanică preliminară, etapa de depunere cu laser, o etapă de prelucrare mecanică finală, etapa de tratament termic cu laser, etapa de teste şi control final de validare a procesării hibrid, şi etapa rezultatelor comerciale.
