INTELLIGENT SYSTEM FOR MONITORING THE QUALITY OF WELDED JOINTS BASED ON ANALYSIS OF THE GAS FROM A PROTECTION CUSHION

The invention relates to an intelligent system for monitoring the quality of welded joints. According to the invention, the system comprises a pipe (2) for sampling the gas from a protective cushion (1), the pipe being installed on the welding gun (4), a pump (3) for sampling gas from the protective cushion, a hose (5) for transmitting the taken gas samples to a sensor chamber, an oxygen sensor (6) connected to a data transmission system (7), a system (8) for analyzing and recording the measured data, a database (10) with the measurement results and a system (9) for video warning of an operator.
