According to the invention, the structures have the general formula (I), where R is a linear or branched saturated C9...C19 alkyl radical, n is the oligomerization degree of the ethylene oxide, with values of 0, 3, 6, 9, 12 and 18 and R1 is a linear saturated C1...C18 alkyl radical. Invenţia se referă la structuri neionice-cationice omogene având caracteristici coloidale. Structurile conform invenţiei au formula generală (I), în care R reprezintă un radical alchil C9...C19 saturat linear şi/sau ramificat, n este gradul de oligomerizare al oxidului de etilenă cu valori de 0, 3, 6, 9,12 şi 18, iar R1 reprezintă un radical alchil C1...C18 saturat linear.
