Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an equipment fort machining micro pins and micro holes by electrical discharge with torsional and longitudinal ultrasonic vibration of the tool-electrode. According to the invention, the equipment consists of a device (36) for orienting and fixing the ultrasonic chain (38) and the device (37) for orienting the tool-electrode (22), the equipment generating the micro pins with the interior surface (22a) of a tubular tool-electrode (22) and the micro-holes with the exterior surface (22b) thereof, the tool-electrode (22) performing torsional vibrations (22c) in case of micro pins and micro holes with round cross-section and longitudinal vibrations (22d) in case of those with profiled cross-section, being assembled by metal soldering (23) at the end of an ultrasonic chain (38), four holes (20) with curved longitudinal axis being cut inside the ultrasonic concentrator (15) and supplied with dielectric liquid through some nozzles positioned in nodal plane, the ultrasonic chain (38) being positioned either vertically or inclined under an angle prescribed by means of a couple (5a-6) and blocked in the desired position with a screw cap (4) with spherical profile (4a), a bushing (24) made of an electrically insulating material with low friction coefficient guiding the tool-electrode (22) as close to the piece as possible by the concentrator penetration as close to the guiding surface as possible, through a cone (24b) and it drives the tool-electrode (22) by means of another cone (24c) with a smaller point angle, on the guiding surface (24d) of matching surface, as well as by the vertical movement of the guiding bushing (24) along a column (31), depending on the height of the piece to be machined and the blocking thereof in the desired position, by means of a handwheel (34) threading a screw (34a) which enters a longitudinal channel (31a) in the vertical column (31), thereby preventing the rotation of the bushing (24). |
