Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an endovascular simulator for the analysis of the intraluminal blood flow and of the pressure exerted thereby onto the aortic vascular wall. According to the invention, the simulator comprises a peristaltic pump (4) supplied with liquid from a temperature regulation system (8), the liquid being pumped into the entire simulator through some flexible hoses (9), a reservoir (6) made of a material with low refractive index and used to store a three-dimensional model of the aorta (1), a camera (7) which measures the speed of the photo-luminescent particles in the liquid running through the simulator, a work station (11) including a program for collecting and processing the data obtained by using the simulator, the simulator also including a synchronizing unit (12) which synchronizes the camera (7), the work station (11) and a laser unit (2) which sections an element of interest of the simulator.
Invenţia se referă la un simulator endovascular pentru analiza fluxului sanguin intraluminal şi a presiunii exercitate de acesta asupra peretelui vascular aortic. Simulatorul conform invenţiei cuprinde o pompă peristaltică (4) alimentată cu lichid de un sistem de reglare a temperaturii (8), lichidul fiind pompat în întregul simulator prin nişte furtunuri flexibile (9), un rezervor (6) construit dintr-un material cu indice de refracţie redus, şi folosit pentru depozitarea unui model tridimensional al aortei (1), o cameră foto (7) care măsoară viteza particulelor fotoluminiscente din lichidul circulat prin simulator, o staţie de lucru (11) încorporând un program de colectare şi prelucrare a datelor obţinute prin utilizarea simulatorului, simulatorul incluzând, de , o unitate de sincronizare (12) care sincronizează camera foto (7), staţia de lucru (11) şi o unitate laser (2) care secţionează un element de interes al simulatorului. |
