Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a process for preparing a YAG:Ce fluorescent material with applications in optoelectronics and high purity thermometry. According to the invention, the process consists in preparing the liquid phosphor precursor from Y:Al:Ce nitrates in a molar ratio of 3-3x:5:3x where x=1-10%, a pre-sintering stage at a temperature of 500°C and two sintering stages at 900°C and 1000°C, respectively, with intermediate stages of powder ultrasonication under a dimethylsulphuroxide-ethanol mixture, and the in-situ anchoring of Au nanoparticles on the surface of the YAG:Ce particles, to result in a material with improved morphological and optical properties. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unui material fluorescent de tip YAG:Ce cu aplicaţii în optoelectronică şi termometrie de înaltă puritate. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în prepararea precursorului de fosfor în stare lichidă din azotaţi de Y:Al:Ce în raport molar de 3-3x:5:3x cu x=1-10%, o etapă de presinterizare la temperatura de 500°C, şi două etape de sinterizare la 900°C, respectiv, 1000°C, cu etape intermediare de ultrasonare a pulberilor sub un amestec de dimetilsulfoxid-etanol, şi ancorareape suprafaţa particulelor de YAG:Ce a nanoparticulelor de Au, rezultând un material cu proprietăţi morfologice şi optice îmbunătăţite.
