Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a process for preparing magnetic clusters with high magnetization, based on magnetite nanoparticles FeOand FeCo/AlO-type particles, coated with a hydrophilic layer of sodium lauryl sulphate - SLS, as surface-active agent, using a modified method of oil-in-water mini emulsion, the magnetic clusters having high applicability in preparation of magneto-rheologic fluids, in magnetic separation of biomolecular species of interest, in security paper preparation, in bionanotechnologies or the like. According to the invention, the process consists of three stages: 1. mixing known mass percentage of FeOnanoparticles (1) with FeCo/AlOparticles (2) and toluene (4), after which the resulting mixture is added, by dropping, into an aqueous solution which comprises the dissolved surface-active agent - SLS (3); 2. the so obtained bi-phase mixture is subjected to ultrasonication in order to obtain the organic-phase emulsion (5) in aqueous phase, and 3. the resulting emulsion (5) is heated in oil bath, on a magnetic heating plate, up to the complete evaporation of toluene (4), to result in hydrophilic magnetic clusters (6) which are magnetically separated from the reaction medium and washed three times with a water-methanol mixture, the so obtained magnetic clusters (6) having a structure with a dimensional distribution in the range of 50...80 nm and high saturation magnetization values, in the range of 60...120 emu/g. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a clusterilor magnetici cu magnetizaţie ridicată pe bază de nanoparticule de magnetită FeOşi particule de tip FeCo/AlO, acoperiţi cu strat hidrofil de surfactant lauril sulfat de sodiu SLS, utilizând o metodă modificată a miniemulsiei ulei în apă, clusterii magnetici având o largă aplicabilitate, fiind utilizaţi în prepararea fluidelor magnetoreologice, la separarea magnetică a unor specii biomoleculare de interes, la securizarea hârtiei, în bionanotehnologii sau în alte domenii asemenea. Procedeul conform invenţiei are trei etape: 1. se amestecă procentele masice cunoscute de nanoparticule (1) FeO, particule (2) de FeCo/AlOşi toluen (4), amestecul obţinut se adaugă prin picurare unei soluţii apoase care conţine dizolvat surfactantul SLS (3); 2. amestecul bifazic obţinut este supus unui proces de ultrasonare pentru obţinerea emulsiei (5) de fază organică în fază apoasă; 3. emulsia (5) obţinută este încălzită într-o baie de ulei, pe plită magnetică cu încălzire, până la completa evaporare a
