Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a device for measuring chip removal forces and moments upon machining with boring bars. According to the invention, the device consists of a base plate (1) located on the table of a boring-milling machine (2), on the base plate (1) there being some supports (3) between which there are positioned two columns (4) guiding, by means of four ball guide bushes (5), an intermediate plate (6) which moves on a direction identical with that of a boring bar (7) machining a piece (8) to be machined, on its moving direction, the intermediate plate (6) being connected to a force transducer (9), in order to measure the axial chip removal force, and on the intermediate plate (6) there being two cases (10) wherein a shaft (11) is mounted with a universal dog chuck (12) mounted thereon, the piece (8) to be machined being positioned inside the said chuck, while on the shaft (11), on the side opposite to the universal dog chuck (12), a torque transducer (14) is placed, by means of a coupling (13), to measure chip removal moment, the torque transducer (14) being made integral with the plate (6) by means of a support (15), the force transducer (9) being pre-tensioned by means of a screw (16). |
