According to the invention, the composite is a mixture of 99...90 parts of polyamide, previously dried at 100°C, 1...10 parts of polystyrene, 1...3 parts of maleic anhydride-grafted polystyrene with the role of compatibility agent, 0.1...0.5 parts of molybdenum sulphite and 0.1...5 parts of oxidated graphite nanoparticles, the parts being expressed by weight, having a hardness of 75...77°Sh D, a resistance to breaking of 41.5...55.5 N/mmand an impact resistance of 8...12 KJ/m.
Invenţia se referă la un compozit polimeric nanostructurat, utilizat pentru fabricarea prin injecţie a unor componente pentru industria feroviară. Compozitul conform invenţiei este un amestec, în părţi în greutate, din 99...90 părţi poliamidă uscată în prealabil la 100°C, 1...10 părţi polistiren, 1...3 părţi polistiren grefat cu anhidridă maleică, având rol de compatibilizator, 0,1...0,5 părţi sulfit de molibden şi 0,1...5 părţi nanoparticule de grafit oxidate, având o duritate de 75...77°Sh D, o rezistenţă la rupere de 41,5...55,5 N/mmp şi o rezistenţă la şoc de 8...12 KJ/mp. |
