Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process for preparing SiOnanotubes with nanometric diameter, modified with functional groups and metals for enzyme immobilization. According to the invention, the process consists in the synthesis of SiOnanotubes, functionalization with 3-(triethoxy-silyl)-propylamine, the modification of the functionalized nanotubes with gold, resulting in SiOnanotubes functionalized and modified with Au, which are calcined at 500°C for 1h, after which the SiOpowder is dispersed in a KPOsolution 0.01M in which the porcine lipase is dissolved, resulting in nanotubes with an internal diameter of less than 50 nm, and lengths in the range of μm that effectively immobilize the lipase on the surface of the solid support. |
