Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a ternary solid fuel as powder, which may be agglomerated as pellets, briquettes or other geometric bodies, to be used in the industrial or domestic field, and to a process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the fuel consists of the following components: 40...50% stabilized biological sludges from sewage purification plants and/or from the installations for generating biogas in the zootechnical field, 25...40% various inflammable vegetal wastes, as such or in admixture, depending on their calorific power, 15...33% coal selected from coke, pit coal, hard coal or charcoal, as such or in admixture with sorts for achieving the prescribed calorific power, at the value of 17140 kJ/Kg or at any value ranging between 17500...20000 kJ/Kg. The claimed process has the following stages: a. establishing the quantity of biological sludge, b. determining the calorific power of the sludge or sludge mixtures, c. establishing the quantity of vegetal wastes depending on the nature thereof, d. determining the value of the lower calorific power of the vegetal waste or waste mixture, e. grinding and mixing the wastes in a quantity ration selected so as to provide the use of a quantity of biological sludge as big as possible, adding dry vegetal wastes up to the production capacity value of the fuel preparing installation, followed by determining the calorific power of the so obtained primary fuel, f. calculating the coal or coal mixture necessary up to the prescribed value of 20000 kJ/Kg, g. homogeneously mixing the coal powder with the primary fuel, h. verifying the calorific power of the ternary solid fuel and correcting it, if needed, i. compacting the finished ternary solid fuel in the shape requested by the beneficiary and packaging it. Invenţia se referă la un combustibil solid ternar, sub formă de pulbere, care poate fi aglomerat în pelete, brichete sau alte corpuri geometrice, pentru a fi utilizat în domeniul industrial sau casnic, şi la un procedeu de obţinere a acestuia. Combustibilul conform invenţiei este constituit din următoarele componente: 40...50% nămoluri biologice stabilizate, provenite din staţiile de epurare a apelor reziduale şi/sau de la instalaţiile de generare a biogazului din domeniul zootehnic, 25...40% deşeuri vegetale combustibile diverse, ca atare sau în amestec, în funcţie de puterea lor calorică, 15...33% cărbune selectat dintre cocs, huilă, antracit sau mangal, ca atare sau în amestec cu sorturi pentru re
