Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an experimental demonstrative model for testing biomethane potential of biomass, which integrates two anaerobic fermentation bioreactors with parallel operation in a single system, in mesophilic temperature condition adaptable to thermophilic temperature condition, as well, each bioreactor being provided with a biogas purification line and a purified biogas collecting vessel, while permitting biogas production to be quantified by volumetric, manometric and chromatographic methods, and biogas samples to be manually or automatically sampled for laboratory analysis. According to the invention, the model consists of two fermentation enclosures (1 and 2), each having a volume of 5 l, electrically heated by means of a heating jacket (3) as a Fe-Ni-based alloy conductor which is spirally wound onto the cylindrical surface of the enclosure body, which provides mesophilic temperature condition, adaptable to thermophilic temperature condition, as well, the temperature control being performed by means of a temperature controller (4), the fermentation enclosures (1 and 2) being provided each with a manometer (5), the organic biomass substrate stored in the supply reservoir (6) being fed to fermentation enclosures and the digested sludge being discharged and stored in the discharge reservoir (7), the biogas being purified by passing the flow through two washing vessels (8) and collected in two biogas harvesting containers (9), the experimental model being provided with a nitrogen container (10) intended to create anaerobiotc conditions, all the said components of the experimental model being integrated in a single system, being placed in stages on a three-storey support stand (11). Invenţia se referă la un model experimental demonstrativ, pentru testarea potenţialului de biometan al biomasei, care integrează într-un sistem unitar două bioreactoare de fermentare anaerobă operând în paralel, în regim de temperatură mezofil, adaptabil şi pentru regim termofil, fiecare bioreactor fiind echipat cu o linie de purificare a biogazului, şi cu un recipient de recoltare biogaz purificat, permiţând totodată cuantificarea producţiei de biogaz prin metode volumetrice, manometrice şi cromatografice, precum şi prelevarea manuală sau automată a probelor de biogaz pentru analize de laborator.
