Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a system and a method for separating and removing seeds of quarantine weeds from cereals, which is driven by artificial fluidic muscles and is intended for cereal post-processing equipments in order to ensure superior quality crops. According to the invention, the mixed system and method are based on the interaction of a set of subsystems having specific functions, such as: the subsystem I as the support frame, the subsystem II for mixing seeds with glycerin solution, the subsystem III for separating the glycerin-treated seeds, the subsystem IV for mixing the material with iron powder, the subsystem V for magnetically separating the seeds, the subsystem VI as the fluidic drive subsystem and the subsystem VII for controlling the entire technological process, and carrying out the specific function by means of PLC technology with a touch-screen digital operating interface, where the fluidic drive uses actuators of last generation, namely artificial fluidic muscles, which confers the system increased compliancy, adaptability, low weight and operation safety. Invenţia se referă la un sistem şi la o metodă de separare şi eliminare a seminţelor buruienilor de carantină din cereale, care este acţionat cu muşchi artificiali fluidici, şi este destinat echipamentelor de post-procesat cereale, pentru a asigura o calitate superioară a culturilor. Sistemul mixt şi metoda conform invenţiei se bazează pe interacţiunea unui set de subsisteme având funcţii specifice, cum sunt: subsistemul I este cadrul de susţinere, subsistemul II de amestecare a seminţelor cu soluţie de glicerină, subsistemul III de separare a seminţelor tratate cu glicerină, subsistemul IV de amestecare a materialului cu pulbere de fier, subsistemul V de separare magnetică a seminţelor, subsistemul VI de acţionare fluidic, şi subsistemul VII de comandă şi control al întregului proces tehnologic, ce realizează funcţia specifică cu ajutorul tehnologiei PLC cu interfaţă digitală de operare, de tip touch screen, iar acţionarea fluidică utilizează actuatori de ultimă generaţie, respectiv, muşchi artificiali fluidici, care conferă sistemului o complianţă mărită, adaptabilitate, greutate redusă şi siguranţă în acţionare.
