Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process for synthesizing surfactants based on proteins hydrolyzed from collagen. According to the invention, the process consists in reacting 1 mole of proteins hydrolyzed from collagen with average molecular mass of 3000...10 000 with 1.2...2.5 mole of acid chloride C...C, in aqueous medium, while maintaining a pH of 9...1 and a stirring rate of 500 rpm, at a temperature of 10...15°C, after which the temperature is raised to 30...60°C for 120...180 min, further on the reaction mass is neutralized with 37% hydrochloric acid, up to a pH value of 7...8 and the product concentration is adjusted up of 25% dry matter. |
