SYSTEM FOR BRINGING TO WATER SURFACE BLACK BOXES (FDR AND CVR) OF AIRCRAFTS CRASHED INTO DEEP WATER, WITH SELF-INFLATING FLOATATION GEAR

The invention relates to a system for bringing to the water surface the black boxes of aircrafts crashed into deep water, with their two recording devices (FDR and CVR), with water-tight self-inflating floatation gear with anti-stab protection and with automatic inflating upon contact with the water, meant to get out of the water the black boxes, both the flight data recorder (FDR) and the cockpit voice recorder (CVR) which also records communications with the control tower and to maintain them at the water surface, for any type of aircraft, after its crash into deep water. According to the invention, the claimed system comprises a special water-tight floatation gear attached to each recording device (FDR or CVR), the floatation gear consisting of a special pillow (10), two straps made of Dyneema material which are wound and fixed onto the pillow (10), with free ends of 1500 mm, with a width of 37 mm, 40 mm or 1.5"=38.1 mm, with a thickness (12) of 1 mm, and an automatic inflation device (11) currently used for the life jackets of any aircraft, consisting of a body (13), a water-sensitive cartridge (14) for automatic inflation triggering, a green-coloured automatic inflation state indicator (15) a manual inflation control string (16), a green-coloured manual inflation state indicator (17), a metal lever (18) and a cylinder (19) of carbon dioxide CO2, in general of 33 g, where, for the special floatation gear, the automatic inflation device (11) is modified, i.e. it is ordered from authorized manufacturers to be made without the string (16), the manual inflation state indicator (17) and the lever (18), in order to prevent accidental triggering of manual inflation.
