NATURAL THERAPEUTIC COMPOSITIONS PREPARED FROM MACROMYCETES AND PROCESS FOR PREPARING THE SAME

The invention relates to a therapeutic composition with anti-inflammatory, hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic action and to a process for preparing the same, meant to be used in pharmaceutical industry. According to the invention, the composition is presented as a brown-coloured bitter solution with aromatic fragrance, having a content of 2.93...3.92 g/100 g total polyphenols expressed as gallic acid. The process, as claimed, consists in two-stage extraction of active principles from the raw material consisting of micromycetes Agaricus campestris, Pleurotus ostreatus, Laetiporus sulphureus, as such or in admixture, in a volume ratio and mass ratio, respectively, of 2:1:1 or 1:2:1, with ethyl acetate, in a raw material : solvent ratio of 1:10 m/v, and with ethyl alcohol 50% in a ratio of 1:10 m/v, after which the extractive solutions from the two successive stages are joined and concentrated up to a preset volume.
