According to the invention, the material consists of encapsulation matrix grout comprising Portland cement with addition of fly ash, glass waste from TV cathode tubes having a granulation below 0.125 mm as hydraulic addition for partial cement substitution, 6...18% of the cement mass, sand recycled from glass waste, with granular fractions of 0/1 and 0/2 mm, at a cement : sand mass ratio of 1 : 0.82...0.94, water, and a water : cement ratio of 0.35, super-plasticizing additive and viscosity modifying additive and a secondary barrier for protection against tritium diffusion, consisting of micro-concrete with cement, addition of glass waste from TV cathode tubes, aggregate from demolition waste, at a cement : aggregate volume ratio of 1 : 1, water, and a water : cement ratio of 0.45 and super-plasticizing additive of high water-reducing capacity, the material having a capacity of limiting the tritium transfer to 1% of the initial activity of the tritium-treated waste. Invenţia se referă la un material compozit pentru încapsularea deşeurilor radioactive având conţinut de tritiu. Materialul conform invenţiei este format din grout matrice de încapsulare, constituit din ciment Portland cu adaos de cenuşă zburătoare, deşeu de sticlă de la tuburile catodice TV având o granulaţie sub 0,125 mm, ca adaos hidraulic de substituţie parţială a cimentului, 6...18% din masa cimentului, nisip reciclat din deşeu de sticlă, cu fracţii granulare 0/1 şi 0/2 mm, cu un raport masic ciment:nisip de 1:0,82...0,94, apă, şi un raport apă:ciment de 0,35, aditiv superplastifiant şi aditiv modificator de viscozitate, şi o barieră secundară de protecţie la difuzia tritiului, constituită din microbeton cu ciment, adaos de deşeu de sticlă de la tuburi catodice TV, agregat din deşeu de demolare, într-un raport volumetric ciment:agregat de 1:1, apă, şi un raport apă:ciment de 0,45, şi aditiv superplastifiant, puternic reducător de apă, materialul având o capacitate de limitare a transferului tritiului la 1% din activitatea iniţială a deşeului tritiat.
