Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process and a plant for processing plastic and rubber wastes. According to the invention, the process comprises the thermal decomposition of wastes at a temperature of 150...800°C, at a pressure of up to 25 Pa, for 14...16 h, in the presence of specific catalysts, resulting in 40...80% raw liquid with a calorific power of at least 6000 kcal/kg, 13...18% synthesis gas to be integrally recycled within the process, 3...38% carbon to be briquetted for commercial use. The plant, as claimed by the invention, comprises two reactors (2) of horizontal cylinder furnace type, each of them provided inside with a worm shaft for charge homogenization, in connection with a catalytic chamber (3) for separation of resulting gases, a system of condensers (6) connected to a synthesis-gas cooling tower (7), some tanks (10 and 11) for collecting raw liquid and for retaining gases, respectively, as well as a sealed container for the carbon resulting from the process, in connection with a briquetting machine (12). |
