Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method and a device for qualitatively and quantitatively determining the superficial chemical components of biological preparation. The claimed device comprises a programmable light source, a capture camera (12) connected to a microcontroller (6) which controls the start of image capture, a sample support (SP) placed in such manner that the optical axis of the capture camera (12) is perpendicular on the center of gravity of the sample (P), a primary microprocessor (13) connected by means of a USB interface 3.0 to the capture camera (12) for the primary processing of images, a user interface (15) and a programmable supply source (1) consisting of 16 groups of 3 monochromatic LEDs (2) having the emission spectrum centered in the range between 365 nm and 940 nm, the LEDs being located on a lighting ring (IL), divided in 48 equal sectors, so that the three LEDs (2) corresponding to each wavelength are arranged in the apices of an equilateral triangle with the gravity center on the focal axis of the objective lens of the capture camera (12). The claimed method consists in identifying the position and orientation of the sample in relation to the optical axis of the objective lens of the capture camera, followed by the device self-calibration and the initial calibration of the device on the base of various samples whose chemical composition is well determined by laboratory methods, the image of which is registered by means of the device for each wavelength, and measuring a minimum threshold for the presence of certain chemical compound and quantitatively measuring by the application of a summation algorithm obtained by applying a regression algorithm to the data obtained for the mentioned samples.
