Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an electromechanical vacuum and pressure micropump manufactured on the basis of two current-controlled spring systems made of Nitinol, a memory shape material, being meant to regulate the pressure inside a fluid enclosure. According to the invention, the micropump mainly comprises a cylindrical container with fluid (1) fastened on a fixed support plate (2) and provided, at one end, with a piston (5) rigidly fastened to a mobile plate (6) whose bidirectional displacement is controlled by two systems formed by six springs (7 and 7') made of Nitinol, and, at the opposite end of the container (1) with a hole provided with an elastic pipe (8), wherethrough a manometer (9) for measuring the pressure inside the cylindrical fluid container (1) is connected, the control of bidirectional displacement of the piston (5), which regulates the pressure within the cylindrical fluid container (1), being carried out by alternately supplying finely adjustable voltage to each spring system (7 and 7') made of Nitinol from a voltage source. |
