Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to precast elements with built-in photovoltaic cells for lining facades and non-walking terrace-type roofs. According to the invention, the elements and cells have incorporated in their composition secondary raw materials, the photovoltaic cells (2) which are to be imprinted in the precast element (1) being made of a thin layer (3) of heat-resistant borosilicate glass applied at the exterior, then they being subjected to a thermal treatment at 1000°C, and after being cooled and taken out of the mould, on the posterior side of the slab, three tin chloride layers (4) are applied, by spraying, each being subjected to a thermal treatment at 400°C, to result in a thin tin chloride layer comparable, as thickness, with the heat-resistant glass layer, where, in the manufacturing of the PN-type cells (2), for creating the three successive layers which make the cathode (N), other elements belonging to the groups III-IV doped with chemical elements from the column VII in the periodical table may also be used, a conductive layer (5) is traced both on the upper side, and the posterior side of the cell (2), some bars (6) for interconnection of the cells (2) being applied, as well as some bands (7) for the interconnection of the elements (1), to finally obtain a cell (2), and the parallelepipedal elements (1) with the surfaces wherein the slightly inclined cells (2) are inbuilt, are made of cement-based mortar, they being then used for lining facades, where, for increasing the resistance to the weather conditions, the elements (1) are coated with transparent films; some parallelepipedal precast elements (12) with all sides straight, with photovoltaic cells inbuilt in the upper surface are made according to the same technology, the so-obtained photovoltaic energy being transmitted through some cables (8) to a charging regulator (9), to an inverter (10) and to a solar battery (11) for electric energy storage.
