According to the invention, the biocomposites consist of a mixture comprising 76...79.2% polylactic acid, plasticizers, in a polylactic acid : plasticizers mass ratio of 80 : 20, 5.79...11.88% chitosan modified by encapsulating rose hip oil, 1% vitamin E, up to 3% additives with effect of improving processability, antimicrobial activity and barrier properties. As claimed by the invention, the process consists in mixing a mixture comprising a polylactic acid-type polymeric matrix, modified chitosan with average molecular mass and additives with antimicrobial/antioxidant character, into the melt, at the temperature of 170°C, for 6 min, at a rate of 60 rpm.
Invenţia se referă la biocompozite polimerice şi la un procedeu pentru obţinerea acestora, utilizate pentru realizarea unor ambalaje alimentare antimicrobiene rigide sau flexibile. Biocompozitele conform invenţiei sunt constituite dintr-un amestec format din 76...79,2% acid polilactic, plastifianţi, într-un raport masic acid polilactic:plastifianţi de 80:20, 5,79...11,88% chitosan modificat prin încapsularea uleiului de măceşe, 1% vitamina E, până la 3% aditivi cu efect de îmbunătăţire a prelucrabilităţii, a activităţii antimicrobiene şi a proprietăţilor de barieră. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în amestecarea în topitură, la temperatura de 170°C, timp de 6 min, cu o viteză de 60 rot/min, a unui amestec constituit dintr-o matrice polimerică de tip acid polilactic, chitosan cu masă moleculară medie, modificat, şi aditivi cu caracter antimicrobian/antioxidant. |
