Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a biocompatible and degradable polymeric composite with medical application and to a process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the composite comprises 97...98% polyhydroxybutirate-co-valerate, 1% vitamin E and 1...2% bacterial cellulose, the percentage being expressed by mass. The process, as claimed by the invention, consists in processing the raw material in melt, at a temperature of 180°C, mixing them for 6 min, at a rotation speed of 40 rpm, followed by the hot pressing of the mixture at 185°C at a pressure of 147 bar, to result in stable films of 200x200x0.1 mm, having a cellular viability of 86.67...94% in 24 h, exhibiting cytocompatibility, biocompatibility and time-controlled degradability.
