Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a pyroelectric detection element able to work at high temperatures. According to the invention, the element consists of a thin layer of AIN deposited on a highly doped Si support of p type and with an upper Cu electrode. In a pyroelectric detector arrangement with voltage operation, using a resistive heater and an IR source of the black body type, at a temperature of 700°C, the pyroelectric element based on AIN thin layer was proved to be able to produce pyroelectric signal until its temperature reaches about 200°C. Invenţia se referă la un element de detecţie piroelectrică, ce poate lucra la temperaturi ridicate. Elementul, conform invenţiei, este format dintr-un strat subţire de AlN depus pe suport de Si de tip p puternic dopat şi cu electrod superior de Cu. Într-un montaj de detector piroelectric cu mod de lucru în tensiune, utilizând un încălzitor rezistiv şi o sursă de IR de tip corp negru cu temperatura de 700°C, s-a demonstrat că elementul piroelectric pe bază de strat subţire de AlN poate produce semnal piroelectric până ce temperatura sa ajunge aproape de 200°C.
