INTEGRATED PROCESS FOR REDUCING POLLUTING POTENTIAL OF FILTER ASH RESULTING FROM INCINERATION OF HAZARDOUS MEDICAL WASTE AND CARBIDE SLUDGE

The invention relates to an integrated process for reducing the polluting potential of waste, such as filter ash resulting from the incineration of hazardous medical waste and carbide sludge resulting from acetylene preparation. According to the invention, the process consists in extracting pollutants, such as chlorides, sulphates and heavy metals, by washing the filter ash with an acid solution in a tank (1) with stirring means, the resulting mixture being separated by a nutsche filter (3) into a solid fraction, which in a second stage is mixed in a mixer (11) together with the solid part of the carbide sludge waste resulting from the filtration, on the nutsche filter (8), of the waste homogenized in a tank (6) with stirring means and with other building material of the cement and sand type, resulting in an inert material, cast in various moulds (13), and a liquid fraction of the washing solution which is collected in a storage tank (5), and which, in a third stage of the process, is combined, in a tank (16) with stirring means, with the liquid fraction of the carbide sludge waste, which was temporarily stored in a tank (10), after which the resulting mixture is filtered in the nutsche filter (18), the resulting precipitate being stored in the basin (19) in order to recover the valuable metals by known chemical processes, the resulting filtrate being a residual water whose quality parameters range within the value limits imposed by the law in force for sewage discharge. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu integrat de diminuare a potenţialului poluant al unor deşeuri, cum ar fi cenuşa de filtru rezultată în urma incinerării deşeurilor medicale periculoase şi şlamul de carbid rezultat din procesul de fabricare a acetilenei. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în extracţia poluanţilor, cum sunt clorurile, sulfaţii şi metalele grele, prin spălarea cenuşii de filtru cu o soluţie acidă într-un vas (1) cu agitare, amestecul rezultat fiind separat cu ajutorul unui filtru (3) nuce într-o fracţie solidă, care, într-o a doua etapă, se amestecă în malaxor (11) împreună cu partea solidă a deşeului de şlam de carbid obţinută din filtrarea pe filtrul (8) nuce a deşeului omogenizat într-un vas (6) cu agitare şi cu alte materiale de construcţie, de tipul cimentului şi nisipului, rezultând un material inert turnat în diverse forme în tipar (13), iar fracţia lichidă a soluţiei de spălare se colectează într-un vas (5) de stocare, din care în a treia etapă a procesului se combin
