According to the invention, the product consists of an atomized extract from mushrooms of the genus Boletus sp., Pleurotus ergyngii, Armillaria mellea and Tuber melanosporum, in a ratio of 30:7:2:1 and 7% maltodextrin, the product having a phenol compound content of 7.8 μ g/ml as gallic acid equivalent and total antioxidant activity of more than 90%. |
