Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an actuator with reinforced sublayer and a film of memory shape alloy used in actuation or position-control devices, used especially in the construction of machines and apparatuses for increasing actuation capacity, actuator which can be embedded in micro-electro-mechanical systems. According to the invention, the actuator has a sequential batched architecture, consisting of a sublayer (1) and a film (3) made of memory shape alloy which, for increasing the actuation capacity, uses either a supplementary reinforcing layer (2), or a layer interleaved between the sublayer (1) and the memory shape alloy film (3), or a film (3) placed on the side opposite to the sublayer (1), also made of a memory shape alloy, so that the cumulated heating or cooling effects of the so-made batch, pointed out by the actuation amplitude and profile, depending on the temperature, are different in the two embodiments as compared to the actuation characteristics of the actuator without reinforced layer. |
