Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process for preparing self-luminous pigments based on yttrium silicate doped with rare-earth ions of variable luminescence. According to the invention, the process consists in that, in a first stage, a gel is prepared, at the temperature of 60...90°C, from a stoichiometrically homogeneous mixture of solutions of yttrium nitrate, cerium nitrate, terbium nitrate, tetraethylethoxysilane and aspartic acid, which, in a second stage, is processed under the action of microwave irradiation at 500...1600 W, for 1...5 min, with a view to converting it into ash to be thermally treated, in a third stage, at 1000...1500°C, to result in a cream-white monophase crystalline powder of yttrium silicate with green-white luminescence under the action of ultraviolet radiation.
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unor pigmenţi luminescenţi pe bază de silicat de ytriu dopat cu ioni de pământuri rare cu luminescenţă variabilă. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în aceea că, într-o primă etapă, se prepară un gel la temperatura de 60...90°C dintr-un amestec stoichiometric, omogen, de soluţii de azotat de ytriu, azotat de ceriu, azotat de terbiu, tetraetiletoxisilan şi acid aspartic, care se procesează într-o a doua etapă sub acţiunea iradierii cu microunde de 500...1600 W, timp de 1...5 min, pentru transformarea în cenuşă, care, în a treia etapă, este tratată termic la 1000...1500°C, rezultând o pulbere cristalină monofazică de silicat de ytriu de culoare alb-crem, cu luminescenţă alb-verde, sub acţiunea radiaţiei ultraviolete. |
