Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a horizontal continuous-casting plant used for producing metal foams with compact surface. According to the invention, the plant has three component parts: a. a casting ladle (12) with a system for maintaining constant the level of liquid metal, having a level sensor, a controller, a hydraulic cylinder and a slide valve closure of interstop type, b. an installation for injecting the inert gas Ar + N, c. a crystallizer (1) together with a water-cooling system, mounted on the cover (2) of the holding furnace (3), able to generate a pressure of 4 MPa with the view to ensuring a solidification rate of the metal foam in very wide limits, d. an induction-heated holding furnace (3) with a capacity of 350 kg of liquid metal equipped with an inductor (7) located outside the holding furnace, a level sensor for the liquid metal, a system for injecting the inert gas, mounted on the furnace bottom, consisting of the supplying chamber, a porous plug and liquid metal bubbling chamber, a crystallizer with a Cu core plated with superdense graphite and the programmable installation for heating the crystallizer, e. an electrohydraulic drawing installation which takes over the solidified blank after leaving the crystallizer, at a temperature ranging between 800 and 1000°C, directing it through a system of four roller pairs, from the vertical direction into the horizontal direction, towards the unscaling-cooling system and the drawing system and f. a cutting installation synchronous with the drawing system.
Invenţia se referă la o instalaţie de turnare continuă, orizontală, utilizată pentru obţinerea spumelor metalice cu suprafaţă compactă. Instalaţia conform invenţiei are următoarele părţi componente: a. oala (12) de turnare, cu sistemul de menţinere constantă a nivelului de metal lichid, având un senzor de nivel, un controler, un cilindru hidraulic şi un închizător cu sertar tip interstop, b. instalaţia de injectare a gazului inert Ar + N, c. cristalizatorul (1) împreună cu sistemul de răcire cu apă, montat pe capacul (2) cuptorului (3) de menţinere, capabil să realizeze o presiune de 4 MPa, pentru asigurarea unei viteze de solidificare în limite foarte largi a spumei metalice, d. cuptorul (3) de menţinere cu încălzire prin inducţie, cu o capacitate de 350 Kg metal lichid, echipat cu un inductor (7) situat în afara cuptorului de menţinere, un senzor de nivel al metalului lichid, un sistem de injectare a gazului inert, montat pe fundul cuptorului, for |
