Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a process for preparing a magnetic composite material for manufacturing security materials. According to the invention, the process consists in the synthesis of some magnetic clusters which are covered with a first inorganic layer of barium sulphate, after which they are subjected to a reaction with tetraethyl orthosilicate in admixture with ethanol, water and ammonia, at the room temperature, for 3 h, while continuously magnetically stirring, the resulting particles are magnetically separated, washed and dried, resulting in a composite material of cluster-type covered with double inorganic layer of FeO/BaSO/SiO-type, with a saturation magnetization value Ms of 20 emu/g.
