Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process of building high-depth moulded walls and mounting the related post-stressed strands. According to the invention, the process consists in making the moulded wall panels at a depth higher than 16 meters, including digging between some guiding beams (1), under the protection of a bentonitic mud (2), launching some reinforcement casings (4) and some strands (12) for post-stressing, the strands (12) being introduced into some protection sheaths (5) placed in the position resulted from the static calculations, having a curved shape in plane and in elevation, the strands (12) being drawn inside the post-stress sheaths (5) by previously introducing therein a wire (7) or a segmented strand, to which a temporary strand (9) is connected and, after its drawing along the entire length of the sheath (5), a drawing ball (11) provided with the system of fixing the final strands (12) is mounted thereto, while in the post-stress sheath (5), a hose is introduced for discharging water/filling with an injection mortar (6) simultaneously with the final strands (12), it having one end at the lowest point of the sheath (5), and the other end at the upper side of the moulded wall, to which a pump is connected for sucking the water from the sheath (5), and further, after post-stressing the final strands (12), it being used for injecting a specific liquid for sealing the sheath (5), the strands (12) being post-stressed from the upper side of the moulded wall panel.
Invenţia se referă la procedura de construire a pereţilor mulaţi de mare adâncime, şi de montaj a toroanelor post-tensionate aferente acestora. Procedura conform invenţiei constă în execuţia panourilor de pereţi mulaţi cu adâncimea mai mare de 16 m, cuprinzând săparea acestora între nişte grinzi (1) de ghidaj, sub protecţia unui noroi (2) bentonitic, lansarea unor carcase (4) de armătură şi a unor toroane (12) pentru post-tensionare, toroanele (12) introducându-se în nişte teci (5) de protecţie, amplasate în poziţia rezultată din calculele statice, având o formă curbă în plan şi în elevaţie, tragerea toroanelor (12) în teaca (5) de post-tensionare făcându-se prin introducerea prealabilă a unei sârme (7) sau a unui toron segmentat, de care se leagă un toron (9) provizoriu, care, după ce a fost tras pe toată lungimea tecii (5), de acesta se montează o bilă (11) de tragere, prevăzută cu sistemul de fixare a toroanelor (12) definitive, iar în teaca (5) de post-tensionare se introduce un furt |
