Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a stand with variable hydrostatic load for testing the rotors of hydraulic turbines at constant speed, where the load needed for measuring the parameters of the rotor rotation movement is achieved hydrostatically, by reducing the passage section for the oil delivered by a hydrostatic pump having constant displacement volume, the moment at the pump axle being increased thereby. According to the invention, the stand consists of a water tunnel (2) inside which a rotor (1) is placed for testing, driven into rotation due to the circulation of the water delivered by a rotary pump (8), driven by a motor (9) with variable speed, the rotor being placed on an axle having at the other end a hydrostatic pump (14) which, through a proportional throttle (15), delivers hydraulic oil sucked from an oil tank (16), the work section of the throttle (15), hence the value of the hydrostatic load, being controlled from an attached device (17) or from a computer (7), through a controller (12), while, through a data acquisition board (4), the parameters relating to the rotation movement of the turbine rotor are acquired by means of a moment and speed transducer (3), as well as the water flow-related parameters, by means of some flow-rate and pressure transducers (5 and 6), respectively.
Invenţia se referă la un stand cu sarcină hidrostatică variabilă pentru testarea rotoarelor turbinelor hidraulice la turaţie constantă, unde sarcina necesară pentru măsurarea parametrilor mişcării de rotaţie a rotorului se realizează hidrostatic, prin reducerea secţiunii de trecere a uleiului refulat de o pompă hidrostatică, având cilindree constantă, prin acesta crescând momentul de axul pompei. Standul conform invenţiei se compune dintr-un tunel (2) de apă, în care este amplasat un rotor (1) pentru testatare, antrenat în mişcare de rotaţie datorită circulaţiei apei refulate de o pompă (8) centrifugă, antrenată de un motor (9) cu turaţie variabilă, rotorul fiind amplasat pe un ax având, la celălalt capăt, o pompă (14) hidrostatică care refulează, printr-un drosel (15) proporţional, ulei hidraulic aspirat dintr-un rezervor (16) de ulei, secţiunea de lucru a droselului (15), şi, prin aceasta, mărimea sarcinii hidrostatice, fiind comandată de la un dispozitiv (17) ataşat sau de la uncomputer (7), printr-un controler (12), iar printr-o placă (4) de achiziţie de date sunt achiziţionaţi parametrii referitori la mişcarea de rotaţie a rotorului turbinei, cu ajutorul unui traducto |
