Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a system for recycling the pickling bath used in the industrial processing of cattle hides. According to the invention, the system consists of a filter (F) for retaining solid particles, a tank (R) for pickling bath storage and correction, provided with a stirrer (A), a driving motor (M), a compressed air generator (E) for the barbotage of the mixture of water, sodium chloride (S2) and alkaline solution (S1), three transducers (T1, T2 and T3) for pH, sodium chloride and the bath volume, respectively, being connected to a process computer (CP) which also controls two electrically-operated valves (EV1 and EV2) for dosing water and alkaline solution (S1), as well as a valve (C) for adding sodium chloride (S2) into the tank (R). Invenţia se referă la un sistem pentru reciclarea flotei din cadrul prelucrării industriale a pieilor de bovine. Sistemul conform invenţiei este format dintr-un filtru (F) pentru reţinerea particulelor solide, un rezervor (R) pentru stocarea şi corectarea flotei, fiind prevăzut cu un agitator (A), un motor (M) de acţionare, un generator (E) de aer comprimat, pentru barbotare amestec apă, clorură de sodiu (S2) şi soluţie alcalină (S1), trei traductoare (T1, T2 şi T3) pentruH, clorură de sodiu, respectiv, volumul de flotă, fiind conectate la un calculator (CP) de proces care mai comandă două electrovalve (EV1 şi EV2) pentru dozarea apei (S1), precum şi o clapetă (C) pentru adăugarea clorurii de sodiu (S2) în rezervor (R).
