Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a process of preparing uni dimensional zinc oxide nanostructures on the surface of zinc films, with applications in the field of surfaces with superhydrophobic properties and self-cleaning properties. According to the invention, the process consists in the thermal oxidation in air of zinc films, in a convection oven, at atmospheric pressure, only in the presence of oxygen in the air, for 12 h and at temperatures of 400°C, 500°C and 600°C. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unor nanostructuri unidimensionale de oxid de zinc, pe suprafaţa foliilor de zinc, cu aplicaţii în domeniul suprafeţelor cu proprietăţi superhidrofobe şi proprietăţi de autocurăţare. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în oxidarea termică în aer a unor folii de zinc, într-un cuptor cu convecţie, la presiune atmosferică, numai în prezenţa oxigenului din aer, timp de 12 h, la temperaturi de 400°C, 500°C şi 600°C.
