Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a multifunction ventilated envelope system with active heat insulation and electric and thermal energy cogeneration and to the modular panels it is made of, the invention proposing a new concept of building cooling in summertime, of enhanced thermal resistance in wintertime as well as of highly effective production of electric and thermal energy. According to the invention, the envelope system consists of three functional elements: a conventional heat-insulating layer (1) for passive heat insulation, a double-layer ventilation structure (7) with vertical channels for cooling the building and the envelope during summer, some channels (5) for heat accumulation and active heat insulation during winter and a final external layer consisting of some polycrystalline and amorphous photo-voltaic panels (8) for producing electric energy, where the operation of the system for active cooling of the layer of panels PV and the building, during summer, is based on a continuous flow of cold air entering by means of some flap valves (12 and 13) at the base of the facade and circulating through some vertical channels (5 and 7) with natural and forced draft, respectively, taking over the heat accumulated and transmitted by the panels PV, this flow being subsequently discharged to the exterior by means of some mobile flap valves (14 and 15) at the top part, while the operation of the system for active heat insulation of the building, during winter, is based on encapsulating a volume of air into the double-layer ventilation structure by closing the flap valves (12, 13, 14 and 15), the air being heated by both the external layer of panels PV and the heat transmitted through the envelope and acting as a thermal buffer with two temperature zones in the channels (5 and 7), which reduces the building energy consumption by up to 75%.
