Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an electrode meant to be used for measuring the discharge of textile materials previously charged with electrostatic charges. The claimed electrode comprises a metal arm (BM) on which two conducting elements (EC) and an insulating element of polycarbonate (EI) are fixed, by means of a rod clamping system (ST), where the capacity of draining the electrostatic charge of each material face can be analyzed separately, depending of the manner in which the insulating element (EI) is placed between the conducting elements (EC) and the sample of material to be tested.
