INTEGRATED SYSTEM AND PROCESS FOR PREPARING EXTRACTS PLAYING THE ROLE OF A FOLIAR BIOFERTILIZER/BIOINSECTICIDE IN ECOLOGICAL AGRICULTURE

The invention relates to an integrated system and process for preparing extracts playing the role of a foliar biofertilizer/bioinsecticide in the ecological agriculture. The claimed system comprises an extraction vessel (1) provided with a thermostated heating jacket (4), some charging and discharging vessels (2 and 3), respectively, a solvent recirculation pump (5), some electric valves (6), a double piston cylinder (7) driven by a pneumatic distributor (8), a pressure regulator (9) for the compressed air from a compressor (10) and a pressure transducer (12). The claimed process consists in extracting active substances from plant material at a temperature of 37°C, with five extraction cycles, for 600 s, at a high pressure of 8.7 bar, and five cycles of low pressure of 1.25 bar, each of them with five quasi-dynamic cycles, for 520 s with counter-flow circulation of the solvent during the high pressure cycles.
