Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a process for separating acetophenone from the aqueous solution resulting by chemical synthesis or fermentation. According to the invention, the process consists in that the acetophenone-containing aqueous solution is subjected to reactive extraction with n-heptane which contains lauryl-trialkylmethylamine in a concentration of 20 g/l, while vigorously stirring the phases, at a temperature of 25°C, for 1 min, followed by the reextraction of acetone from the extract, with an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide, while vigorously stirring the phases, at a temperature of 25°C, for 1 min. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de separare a acetofenonei din soluţia apoasă obţinută prin sinteză chimică sau fermentaţie. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în aceea că soluţia apoasă care conţine acetofenona se supune extracţiei reactive cu-heptan, care conţine lauril-trialchilmetilamină în concentraţie de 20 g/l, sub o agitare intensă a fazelor, la o temperatură de 25°C, timp de 1 min, urmată de reextracţia acetonei din extract cu o soluţie apoasă de hidroxid de sodiu, sub o agitare intensă a fazelor, la o temperatură de 25°C, timp de 1 min.
