Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a stand for dynamic multi-parameter multi-component hydraulic tests to be performed on high-pressure hydraulic units intended for actuation of power cylinders of a heavy industry technological device. According to the invention, the stand comprises a closed bed frame (A) in a detachable modular construction, which, in an upper cross-beam (1), embeds an upper large-stroke double-acting hydraulic power cylinder (2) provided with an in-built displacement transducer, the hydraulic supply of the cylinder (2) being achieved using a hydraulic control unit (B), while, on a lower cross-beam (3) there is, integrally mounted, a lower double-acting hydraulic power cylinder (4) provided with an in-built displacement transducer, the said lower cylinder (4) being actuated by a high-pressure hydraulic unit (C) to be tested, provided with a pressure transducer (5), the advance of the rod (a) of the upper cylinder (2) being controlled, in a first stage, up to the contact with a rod (b) of the lower cylinder (4), the zero moment of the testing process being set thereby, after which, in a second stage, the actuation of the lower hydraulic cylinder (4) is controlled by the supply from the high-pressure hydraulic unit (C) to be tested, the pressure, power and displacement parameters being acquired up to the end of the stroke of the lower hydraulic cylinder (4), the flow-rate delivered by the high-pressure hydraulic unit (C) being evaluated by the integration of the displacement rate of the upper cylinder (2) with the surface of a piston (c), known per se.
Invenţia se referă la un stand pentru testarea dinamică, multiparametrică, hidraulică, multicomponentă, a unui grup hidraulic de înaltă presiune, destinat acţionării cilindrilor de forţă din componenţa unui dispozitiv tehnologic din industria grea.
