Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a cooling system with Peltier cells, integrated in wall-mounted thermal power stations, which provides heaters cooling during hot season, using cooled water taken from a heat exchanger attached to the cold part of Peltier cells. According to the invention, the system consists of a heat exchanger (9) which has two circuits, i.e. a circuit for cooling the heaters and another circuit for water cooling, a series of Peltier cells (8) attached to some heaters (29), a cell heat discharge system using a pipe (28), some direction valves (22) and a fan (23), where a pump (11) of the wall-mounted thermal power station ensures the circulation of water for heating or cooling some heaters (14), the cooling or heating circuit being set by means of a computer (7) and some direction valves (15 and 26) controlled by some actuation systems (16 and 25).
