Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a motor vehicle luggage rack with tilting cross bars. According to the invention, the luggage rack is made of two longitudinal bars () and two cross bars (), the latter being included into the longitudinal bars (), the cross bars () being articulatedly attached to the longitudinal bars () by means of an axle, and in the area of fixing the cross bars (), each of them is provided with an orifice () intended to accommodate a screw () provided with an orifice delimited by a thread () which cooperates with the thread () of the screw. Invenţia se referă la un portbagaj auto cu bare transversale rabatabile. Portbagajul conform invenţiei este alcătuit din două bare () longitudinale şi două bare () transversale, acestea din urmă fiind incluse în barele () longitudinale, barele () transversale fiind prinse articulat la barele () longitudinale, prin intermediul unui ax, iar în zona de fixare a barelor () transversale, acestea sunt prevăzute cu câte un orificiu () în care poate intra un şurub () prevăzut cu un orificiu delimitat de un filet () care conlucrează cu filetul () şurubului.
