Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a device and a method for electronically measuring the leaf spring quality, in the technological field of leaf springs. According to the invention, the device comprises a fixed clamping mechanism () and a mobile clamping mechanism () by whose positioning the physical dimension of the spring () to be measured is mechanically taken over and an angular transducer () is actuated by means of a cogged belt () to transmit the acquired data, through an interface (), to a computer () which runs a program which makes the final decision to accept or not the tested spring within the allowed variation range. As claimed by the invention, the method consists in placing the spring to be tested on the clamping device, one end of the spring being clamped in the fixed chuck () and the other one in the mobile chuck (), moving the mobile chuck () along a bed frame up to a position equal to the length of the spring, converting the linear movement into an angular value, by means of the cogged belt () of the angular transducer (), converting the angular value into an electric signal, using the transducer (), taking over the electric signal from the transducer () and processing the same in the computer by means of some computer programs and displaying, on the computer display, various reports, depending on the operator's request.
Invenţia se referă la un dispozitiv şi la o metodă de măsurare electronică a calităţii arcurilor foi, din domeniul tehnologic al arcurilor lamelare.
