Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a quick coupling system within a hydraulic equipment. According to the invention, the system comprises a female semi-coupling (A) consisting of a body (1) with a male thread at one end, for connecting it with a hydraulic hose of a hydraulic drive, while at the other end it is provided with a thread on a portion correlated with the position of a buffering collar (a) intended to ensure the complete opening of some valves, the valve in the semi-coupling (A) consisting of a fixed plate (4) mounted inside the body (1), having inside a recess ( c) for the access of fluid to the connecting path in the coupled position; a spring (3) rests on the plate (4) and is axially actuated by a ball (7) pushed upon the coupling of the female and male semi-couplings (A and B) by a nut (15) mounted there and supported by a ball (10) fixed with a plug (11) within a channel of a body (13) of the male semi-coupling (B) by means of a sphere-shaped head of a plunger (2) which, when the semi-couplings (A and B) are coupled, moves concomitantly with another plunger (17) from the male semi-coupling (B) which acts on a ball (9) which compresses a spring (17) onto a plate (14), the male semi-coupling (B) having at its end a front ring (12), where the body (13) represents, at the other end, a coupling stage (d) which is so constructed that the plungers (2 and 17) start the opening of the communication path, after a system (8) comprising an O-ring and a rest ring covers this stage (d) tightening the two semi-couplings (A and B) in respect to one another, the stage (d) being provided with some channels (b) which, upon coupling, are in correspondence with some similar channels within the body (1) to ensure the hydraulic circuit continuity between a hydraulic generator ( C) and a driven hydraulic motor (D), the valves being in open state but with safe sealing.
