Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a process for evaluating the natural fur biodegradability. According to the invention, the process consists in immersing a quantity of 0.3...10 g of natural fur in 120...500 mL of inoculum solution based on Bacillus licheniformis ATCC 14580 with collagenase activity of 17...60 U/mg of protein and keratinase activity of 2...15 U/mg of protein in a respirometer-type system, at a temperature of 37°C with continuous stirring for 45 days and measuring the concentration of oxygen released after biodegradation. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de evaluare a biodegradabilităţii blănurilor naturale. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în imersia unei cantităţi de 0,3...10 g blană naturală în 120...500 mL soluţie de inocul pe bază de Bacillus licheniformis ATCC 14580, cu activitate colagenazică de 17...60 U/mg proteină şi cheratinazică de 2...15 U/mg proteină, într-un sistem de tip respirometru, la o temperatură de 37°C, cu agitare continuă timp de 45 zile, şi măsurarea concentraţiei de oxigen eliberat în urma biodegradării.
