According to the invention, the process consists in that the hides preserved by salting are treated from soaking to bating in a manner known per se, after which 2...5% oxazolidine is added in 100% treatment bath calculated in relation with the gelatin hide weight, at a temperature of 20...25°C, a pH value of 6.8, while stirring for 250...350 min, the hides are left overnight within the bath, while adding 2...5% resorcin, 1...2% lubrication agent and 0.2...0.5% antimicotic product and, after stirring it for 200...250 min, formic acid is added up to a pH value of 4.3...4.5, the resulting leather having a shrinking temperature of 71...73°C.
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de tăbăcire organică a pieilor de bovine. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în aceea că pieile conservate prin sărare sunt tratate de la înmuiere până la sămăluire în mod în sine cunoscut, se adaugă 2...5% oxazolidină în 100% flotă de tratare calculată la greutatea pielii gelatină, la temperatura 20...25°C,H 6,8, se agită timp de 250...350 min, după care pieile se menţin în flotă peste noapte, se adaugă 2...5% rezorcină, 1...2% agent de ungere şi 0,2...0,5% produs antimicotic, după agitare timp de 200...250 min, se adaugă acid formic până laH 4,3...4,5, pieile rezultate având o temperatură de contracţie de 71...73°C. |
