Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a process and a microturbine for absorbing gases which are released from a fuel tank while supplying a motor vehicle in a gas station with liquid fuels such as benzine, gas-oil, mixtures of alcohols or other volatile fuels. The claimed process consists in using the kinetic energy of the liquid fuel jet of a pump pistol in a gas station for absorbing and collecting the gases by driving a microturbine into a rotary motion, said microturbine being located in a fusiform enclosure closed at the bottom part with an elastic sleeve (), tightly fit on the spout () of a cap of a motor-vehicle tank (), and at the upper part with a cover () which makes the connection with a pipe () of a pistol () and whereon there is a hole () for discharging the gases through a flexible conduit (), connected to a collection vessel in which the gases are condensed and from which the accumulated liquid fuel is put again into circuit. The claimed microturbine comprises a tubular cylindrical-frustoconical rotor () being provided on a taper surface with some blades () of hydraulic turbine type, driven into rotary motion by the liquid fuel jet, and on an external surface there being provided some blades () of a low-noise fan which are integral with the body of the rotor () which, during rotation, create a depression in the closed enclosure absorbing the gases, the rotor () being sustained between the two ends obtained by cutting the pipe () of the pistol (), in some rolling bearings which are resistant to oily products.
