ROLL SYSTEM FOR CORRUGATING SHEET METAL

The invention relates to a system consisting of two rolls, each roll consisting of sets of profiled ring-shaped disks, they being used for corrugating thin sheet metals, especially when making the profiles for fixing the gypsum cardboard plates. According to the invention, the system consists of two rolls, an upper one and a lower one, between which the thin sheet metal (), which is to be corrugated, is engaged, each roll being made of sets of profiled ring-shaped disks () individually fixed on the shaft () by means of some staged wedge segments (), which allow the position of the head () to be modified in relation to the leg () of the head of the wedge segment (), determining a certain inclination angle between the profiles of the disks () to be obtained depending on the desired corrugation type. Invenţia se referă la un sistem constituit din două role, fiecare rolă fiind formată din seturi de discuri inelare profilate, şi sunt utilizate pentru gofrarea tablelor subţiri, în special la execuţia profilurilor pentru fixarea plăcilor de gips carton.
