SURGICAL AUTOSTATIC RETRACTOR

The invention relates to a method and a device for width-adjustable and depth-adjustable autostatic spacing, usable in the mini-invasive or low-depth transorificial surgery. According to the invention, the method consists in making a minimal parietal incision by tegumentary sectioning and muscular dissociation, introducing an autostatic device into the mentioned incision, spacing apart some platelets of the device, introducing some extensions adapted to the wound depth and the surgical field without extracting the device, centered artificial illumination of the work space and the clearing of the depth surgery plane by the continuous suction of the secretions, protected against cupping and clogging hazard upon the air intake with lavage possibilities.
